 I bring an easygoing, upbeat attitude along with a critical eye to the experience of buying or selling a home. With an intuitive listening style, I help buyers to define their top priorities and finds properties that match. I am straightforward in communication and offer extensive support from start to finish and am relentless with due diligence to ensure that my buyers will be satisfied with their purchase.

With knowledge of Los Angeles and its many neighborhoods, I have sold homes from Los Feliz to Playa Vista. I also belong to a wide network of local agents and access to off-market opportunities. Regardless of price point or area, I'm committed to providing the highest level of service to each buyer, seller or investor.

I began my real estate career as an assistant with Seattle’s Duckin.com team in 1996, where I began learning the process of listing and selling luxury homes, waterfront homes and houseboats. During those years Rick Miner, a retired Hollywood producer, and I developed Duckin.com into an award-winning real estate website that is still quackin' today. After mastering the details of selling a home, I began representing home buyers.

When not assisting clients or previewing homes I can be found enjoying a yoga class or painting at my easel.
